Placement in the parade is on a first received basis.  If you wish to enter your group in the parade, please return the Entry Form by July 5th to:

Rules:

1. All Politicians will be charged a $50 entry fee.  It must be paid at the time the form is returned. Checks should be made payable to:  "Streator's 4th"
    
2. Candy cannot be thrown from the vehicles as this poses a safety hazard to younger children.
    
3. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited while driving or riding in the parade.
    
4. Performing in front of the reviewing stand must be limited to 1 (one) minute.
